Urgent Requirement for “Core HR”
Experience: 3 – 5 years
*Core HR activities; Employee Engagement, training coordination.
*Ensure on Timely process the payroll inputs/query resolution.
*Handling employee grievance /query resolution.
*Handling the Bio Metric of Employees.
*Handling the ESIC,PF query resolution, coordinate with the Central Team.
*Responsible for internal & external audit support.
*Responsible for all HR-MI analytics reports on daily / weekly basis.
*Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
*Ensure timely completion of F&F settlements.
*Working closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
